We demolished the old terrace enclosure down to the raw brick, then we reframed the opening with pressure treated wood and installed Energy Efficient Vinyl Windows that qualified for a tax rebate. The windows we installed have a U-Value of .29 and A SHGC .29. |

The building had old, drafty, large aluminum sliders. We installed Aluminum Twin Double Hung Windows in each opening. Windows are rated H-C50 (Commercial Rated) with a high design performance. |
